We reserve the right to limit the quantity per purchase. All offers for sale, advertisements, and discounts are subject to product availability. Some items may not exactly match the photos and illustrations. SEAFI is not responsible for typographical and print errors. Prices subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping Policies
SEAFI ships orders within Singapore except restricted areas. Depending on product availability and chosen delivery service type, orders shipped usually arrive within 1-3 business days. Accurate shipping address and phone number are required. Your signature may be required for delivery.
Processing time for merchandise is 1 business day but may vary during peak season.
Processing days for orders are Monday through Saturday during our operating hours. If you place an order on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, your order will be processed the following business day.
www.yang-le.com is open seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
*Delivery schedule may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, and carrier trouble.
*If delivery is cancelled due to these conditions, we will contact you as soon as possible. However, we are not liable for any shipping delay or cancellation.
*We operate daily, however our site may at times be temporarily shut down for system maintenance.
*We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Because many incidents may occur at your delivery address that are beyond our control, you agree that any delivery confirmation provided by
the carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the card holder, even without a signature.
5. Ordering Disclaimer
Your electronic order confirmation, or any form of confirmation, does not signify our acceptance of your order. SEAFI reserves the right to accept or deny shipment to anyone for any reason. SEAFI reserves the right to require additional information before processing any order. If an order appears fraudulent in any way, SEAFI reserves the right to cancel the order, notify the card holder and the proper authorities.
6. Return/Exchange Policy
Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Products:
SEAFI will always try to deliver products in excellent condition.
However, if you receive a damaged and/or incorrect product(s), please contact SEAFI within 7 days from the arrival date. You may contact SEAFI
through cs@yang-le.com.
Customer Convenience:
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered on www.dondondonki.sg please contact SEAFI within 7 days from the arrival date and provide your order number.
The customer is responsible for shipping fees when returning products.

7. Refund Policy
All references to a “refund” refer to a reversal of an amount placed on www.yang-le.com. There is no reason for a refund to ever be filed, please contact us for immediate resolution.
YOU AGREE THAT WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY AMOUNT YOU SPENT ON THIS SITE.

15. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold PPIH, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, content providers, service providers, employees, agents, officers, directors, and contractors (the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from any breach of these Terms of Use by you, including any use of Content other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use. You agree that the Indemnified Parties will have no liability in connection with any such breach or unauthorized use, and you agree to indemnify any and all resulting loss, damages, judgments, awards, costs, expenses, and attorneys’ fees of the Indemnified Parties in connection therewith. You will also indemnify and hold the Indemnified Parties harmless from and against any claims brought by third parties arising out of your use of the information accessed from this site.

SEAFI may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to SEAFI.
17. Typographical Errors
In the event that a www.yang-le.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, SEAFI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. SEAFI reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, SEAFI shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
18. Modification to Terms
SEAFI reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement or its policies relating to its products and services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the www.yang-le.com Website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
19. General
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Singapore, without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of www.yang-le.com products) shall be in the court located in Singapore. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of www.yang-le.com products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the invalid or unenforceable provision(s), with all other provisions remaining in full force and effect. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and SEAFI as a result of this agreement or use of this Website. The failure of SEAFI to enforce any right or provision in this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by SEAFI in writing. This Agreement, together with any applicable Form and policies, comprises the entire agreement between you and SEAFI and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions or agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein.
